That is Hidden/Without Name/Invisible Name

Right Click at your Desire Location > Goto New Option > Make New folder by hitting a Folder
Right Click on that Folder > Select Rename Option and than Rename it by step Three 3
With Number Keys press alt & type 0160 or 255
